Ah...the great American dream of obtaining wealth and fortune on the internet. Just sitting back and watching the waves splash in on the beach from the veranda in one's home in the Virgin Islands.
The too often thought of scenes that the newbie on the internet is daily filled with daily. "Jump on board with me...make $100000 in just 30 days...retire in luxury...just get that website and all your cares will drift way...join me...join this..."
"Give me a break!"
Successful promotion of a website is nothing more than work...pure and simple. Do people really believe, are they so naive that they think just joining some program that is the new rage and getting that little replicated website is really all there is to promoting successfully on the net?
Strange answer to that perplexing question is...YES! There are so many gullible people that are being raped and plundered of their money that it literally boggles the mind.
Programs designed to supposedly teach people how to become successful internet marketers are popping up all over. Some are only $19.95...others are literally thousands and thousands of dollars. The funny thing here is that people are more apt to spend thousands than hundreds. It reminds one of a flock of pigeons sitting on a wire fence being plucked one by one, while the owners of these so-called internet marketing systems are getting rich and the people becoming involved are getting very little.
Where does it all end? The hype, the lies, the scams...Is there a way to conduct credible, legitimate and reliable business on the internet today.
The good news here is that the answer is yes. And the even better news is, one need spend almost NO money to do it.
There is NO program that guarantees success on the net. Even with top positions on Google, one is not assured of success. Bottom line here...getting a website to the top of a category means nothing at all if no sales are made.
Now, back to successfully marketing a website. Google marketing techniques, the art of achieving top positions on a keyword term is nothing more than developing a system that one follows every single day. There are no quick fixes on the net in terms of building a successful online business.

There are so many programs that tout millions of motivated visitors to "your website" within days after laying down the money.
