Sales And Marketing Strategy Five Supercharged Techniques For Immediate Response And Sales
By: Alan Quan
The strategies you are about to learn here are to be used when you want to create urgency in your prospect?s mind. The more urgency you can create in your prospects, the faster the will buy, and the faster your cash will be flowing into your bank account!
Here are the five SUPERCHARGED strategies:
#1 The ?Short Supply? Strategy
You and I are very strange ? we want what we can?t have. And the things that we can get, we don?t want! This strategy gives your prospects a feeling of ?missing out? on the action.
Simply say that your product is limited in quantity and can be sold only to the first 100 people (or whatever number you choose).
#2 The ?Act Now? Strategy
This strategy rewards the customers who immediately take action on your offer. After all, everybody wants to save money. Here is an example:
?If you act within 48 hours, you can get the subscription for $17 a month for the rest of your life. If you miss the deadline, you will have to pay the regular price of $34 a month!?
You can also put in a BIG countdown timer on your website to create even more urgency to show that you are serious. After the timer is expired, your indecisive and slow-acting prospects will be penalized with the full price! OUCH!
#3 The ?Premiums? Strategy
Another great way to get your prospects to buy right now is to offer different premium packages. For example, if your customer buys your product for $67, they get a free gift along with it.
But if you offer two of your product for $97, you can attach three free gifts with it to make your offer more appealing and put more money in your pocket. Essentially, you are giving your prospects two different premiums and letting them choose.
Combine this with the first two strategies for added urgency.
#4 The ?Expiration? Strategy
This is a variation of strategy #1 and #2, but it is still very effective. Simply tell your prospects that your product will not be in the market for long and if they want to get in on it, with the special bonuses, they must act before the expiration date.
Of course it would help if you followed up with your prospects once in a while to let them know that your offer is about to expire.
#5 The ?Package? Strategy
This strategy is simply a packaged deal. You stack extra bonuses on top of additional benefits and add some extra goodies in the end. So in your prospect?s mind, he?s not just paying to purchase one product, he?s paying once to get 10 products!
If you?ve seen the Ginsu knives commercial, you know exactly what I?m talking about. Buy one knife, and you get ten extra knives WITH a dicer! They make the bargain sound so ridiculously high quality and affordable that you?d be stupid not to buy one!
And that?s what you need to implement these strategies in your sales letter if you haven?t done so already. These strategies plant the ?I must be stupid not to take him up on this offer? idea into your prospects mind.
If your sales are slow, create some urgency about your products using some of these strategies today!
