Flash and Your Website Homepage

Flash can be a nice feature in your custom business website if used properly and not over use it. Some use a flash intro which will allow you to skip but some can be a nuisance when you're in a hurry trying to find that right website that you are looking for and you're stuck at a three minute intro. Not to mention, the time it can take just for a flash intro on your homepage to load. So now, not only, have you made your potential customer wait for your flash movie to load, you have made them sit through a long flash presentation. In the end you can make a lot of customers very unhappy and they won't want to come back to your website.
As you can tell this is not so friendly to your users nor does it help your business prosper. The best thing to do is allow someone to skip a flash intro. Try using a window of flash or use flash in your header instead of a whole page. This is more search engine friendly and your potential clients will appreciate you more.
Make your flash in your website as friendly as possible.
