Most of the technical support is pretty good, with a typical 2 to 10 minute wait for help on the phone or live chat support which in most cases is not as thorough as the phone help. All in all when compared most all Web Hosts are pretty much equal in this area. Typical storage is in the 10 to 15 gigabit range and traffic is typically in the 250 to 500 gigabit range. Most Web Hosts offer 1 free domain with sign up but will allow you a total of 5 to 10 domains managed under your account. Email accounts vary and range anywhere from 20 to unlimited. Most of the companies that I have looked at offer e-commerce in the form of either a Paypal or Agora shopping cart.
