Make small changes
Why do other websites gain more customer traffic than yours? Maybe it's as simple as changing the heading color from hot pink to baby blue, or maybe your website name is too much of a mouthful to remember. Make changes gradually one at a time, gaining feedback for each change you apply. Soon, you'll have the perfect website for your target market.
Make them remember you
Place a 'refer a friend' link on your page, as well as a 'bookmark this page' button. Or maybe have a pay-per-click advertising campaign. Let your customers remember you, letting them share your website with others and giving them an incentive to tell others about you. Nothing beats referrals from actual customers.
Always follow up
With any marketing strategy, yours should not be a one-shot deal in the dark. Constantly follow through with your strategies, reworking them and fine-tuning the little details until the whole thing works to your advantage. Hard work and innovation are all you need.
